Skiller155
Hallo, I am Skiller, the owner and founder of The Theators. My goal here is to make a community that grows in a meaningful way and just have fun in general. Enjoy your stay, and I look forward to seeing you be a part of this community!
Cozmotic
We created this server to be a fair, competitive environment, determined by in-game skill. My mission is to achieve that through technical balancing, managing rules, and regulating tournaments and player actions.
The server wouldn't run without our moderators, admins, and staff, along with the community that plays here.
Rules & Plugins
Warning System
Three warnings result in a permanent ban. Warnings can't be appealed and expire after 60 days. Receiving a warning within 30 days of a rank application blocks that application.
1. Non-English Text
English is the server's language. Short exchanges in another language are fine; full conversations in another language are not.
Non-English usernames or nicknames follow the server nicknames rule below.
2. Harassment & Discrimination
Zero tolerance. Any harassment or discrimination results in a permanent ban without warning, and so does the use of most slurs, including the hard-r n-word and the f-slur.
3. Sensitive / NSFW Content
The server is 16+, but no NSFW content is allowed in any form: images, text, or profiles.
- Light NSFW: up to two warnings, then a permanent ban.
- Porn or fetish content: permanent ban without warning.
- NSFW messages: verbal warning, then warning + 24-hour mute.
- NSFW profile: asked to change it; no change within 24 hours results in a permanent ban.
4. Misuse of Channels
Wrong-channel posts are redirected without a warning. Shitposting in serious channels (support, applications) gets a verbal warning, then a mute of up to one week from that channel, then a permanent mute from it.
5. Advertising / Promoting Content
Not allowed. Permanent ban.
6. Alternate Accounts
Alts require approval from high admin, 05-council, co-owner, or owner. Unapproved alts are banned, and a warning goes on the main account.
7. Spam / Chains
A staff member asks spammers to stop. If it continues, everyone involved receives a one-hour timeout. May be enforced lightly.
8. Server Nicknames
Names must be typeable and follow the other rules. Staff will ask a user to change an untypeable nickname, and change it themselves if the user doesn't cooperate. Further violation leads to a warning and revoked nickname permissions.
9. Arguing in Text Channels
Discussion is fine; arguments are not. Staff will ask everyone to stop.
10. Punishment Evasion
Evading a punishment through alts, third-party software, or VPNs results in a permanent ban without warning.
11. Discord ToS
Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines apply. Violations result in a permanent ban and a report to Discord.
1. Teamkilling
Killing your own team is not allowed, except D-Class killing other D-Class. Any action resulting in a teammate's death counts, and it's still a teamkill even if the teammate you went after ends up killing you back in self-defense.
Mass teamkilling (3+ in quick succession) skips the warning and adds 2 offenses per incident. Prior team bleeding offenses count toward your teamkill tier too. Not punishable if accidental (crossfire) or clear self-defense beyond a bleed. Pink candy is no excuse: killing a teammate while buffed still counts.
2. Team Bleeding
Shooting a teammate once or twice without dropping them below 50% health, or shooting into a crowd without a kill.
Prior teamkill offenses push a bleed into the teamkill list instead.
3. Killing Detained Personnel
Killing a detained player on the opposing team follows the teamkill list and respawns the victim, unless they're disobeying orders that are reasonable and realistic. Players can't un-detain someone just to kill them. Guards/MTF may KOS undetained D-Class; Chaos may KOS undetained scientists. Military classes may be killed while detained, though it's still a war crime.
4. Harassment & Discrimination
Results in a 50-year ban without warning, as does the use of most slurs and slur-adjacent words, including the hard-r n-word and the f-slur.
5. Cheating & Exploiting
Cheating results in a 50-year ban without warning and a report to Northwood. Exploiting to gain an advantage or stall the game starts with a jailed warning, then an appropriate ban.
6. Cross-teaming
Opposing teams working together gets two broadcast warnings, then replacement of everyone involved with new players. Human/military teams and SCPs may never cross-team, though separate human teams may briefly hold fire against a greater threat.
7. Micspamming
Loud, annoying, or repeated sounds on global chats (intercom, radio, spectator).
Up to one warning is given before the list applies, though constant micspamming in a large group can be punished right away.
8. Team Sabotage
Working against your own team: un-detaining escapees early, flashbanging teammates, messing with 914.
9. Closing Doors on Teammates
Closing at least five doors on teammates. Significant round impact follows the sabotage list; intentionally sealing a retreating teammate to their death follows the teamkill list.
10. Suicide as SCP
Intentionally dying as an SCP, or leaving as one.
A replacement is brought in at the same HP. SCP-173 may self-kill in a crowd for a tactical advantage at low health.
11. Camping
Staying in one area for three or more minutes gets a broadcast warning, then a broadcast of the player's location, then enforced interaction like opening doors on them or teleporting them out. AFK players are auto-kicked after two minutes and may be replaced if they're the last one alive.
12. Ghosting
Any unfair outside advantage, such as sharing a player's location over a call.
Hard to prove. Solid evidence is required, no exceptions.
13. Leaving During a Warning
Leaving mid-warning jumps to the next punishment on the relevant list, or a 7-day ban if no list applies.
14. Age Policy
Players under 16 are banned until they turn 16. Refusing to state your age when reasonably asked results in a 7-day ban per offense.
15. Egregious Rule Violation
Two active warnings (they expire after a month) bump a third to the next tier up. Three prior bans bump a fourth non-50-year ban to a 50-year ban. Evading a ban is an immediate 50-year ban on all accounts.
Specific Cases
- D-Class and scientists may escape together and choose who's detained afterward. That holds until another team member is met, at which point ignoring them counts as teaming.
- Killing a detained player after a spawn wave on the opposing team is allowed; an escorted detainee is a liability.
- Killing a detained player or teammate with SCP-1509 is treated like any other weapon.
- Guards can't let themselves be detained to switch sides (and vice versa for Chaos/Scientists), unless facing overwhelming opposing numbers. The same goes for surrendering to the opposing faction outright: if a meaningful chunk of your team is still alive, that's team sabotage.
- As SCP-3114, tricking humans into acting against their own interest is fine, but actually helping, protecting, or refusing to attack them is still cross-teaming.

-
Human Buffs Modifies humans in a vanilla+ way instead of nerfing SCP classes.

SCP-3114 Changes Balance changes to SCP-3114.View changelog
- Starting HP raised from 800 to 1000 (originally 2000).
- Can no longer strangle unarmed scientists or D-Class. They need a weapon or SCP-330 candy on them first.
- SCP-049 can revive bodies SCP-3114 has taken as a skin, on the standard 12-second window.
- Damage to civilians reduced from 20 to 15; damage to MTF Captains and Chaos Repressors raised from 20 to 25.
- Hume per kill for all roles reduced from 175 to 100 to offset the changes above.
- Can spawn alongside other SCPs at roughly a 10% rate, alongside still being selectable through .scpswap.
- Can speak over the site-wide intercom while disguised.
- Can no longer disarm a player using a weapon.
- Pink candy deals double damage to SCP-3114 compared to other SCPs.
Carrying certain items counts as being armed for the strangle restriction above: flash and HE grenades, SCP-018, SCP-330, the micro HID, the particle disruptor, and the A7, COM-15, COM-18, COM-45, Crossvec, Logicer, revolver, shotgun, AK, E-11 SR, and FRMG-0.
